Arr\u00eater de vous demander d\u2019aller bien tout de suite<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Vous n\u2019avez pas \u00e0 \u00eatre forte l\u00e0, maintenant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chercher \u00e0 aller mieux trop vite peut cr\u00e9er encore plus de pression.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udc49 Autorisez-vous \u00e0 ne pas aller bien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u2019est souvent le premier pas\u2026 vers un vrai apaisement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. D\u00e9poser ce que vous portez seule<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Quand on est \u00e0 bout, on porte souvent beaucoup\u2026 en silence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Essayez de :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>parler \u00e0 quelqu\u2019un de confiance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00e9crire ce que vous ressentez<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>mettre des mots sur ce qui vous traverse<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00eame si tout n\u2019est pas clair, ce n\u2019est pas grave.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sortir ce qui est \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur soulage d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9norm\u00e9ment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Revenir \u00e0 des choses simples (vraiment simples)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Quand le mental est satur\u00e9, inutile de viser des grandes solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Revenez \u00e0 des bases :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>respirer lentement quelques minutes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>sortir prendre l\u2019air<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>vous accorder une pause sans culpabiliser<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Oui, \u00e7a para\u00eet basique\u2026<br>Mais dans ces moments-l\u00e0, c\u2019est exactement ce dont vous avez besoin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4.
