Pourtant, il existe une diff\u00e9rence importante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">L\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 : un \u00e9tat de tension qui dure<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 correspond g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement \u00e0 un \u00e9tat d\u2019inqui\u00e9tude persistant.<br>Elle peut \u00eatre pr\u00e9sente en arri\u00e8re-plan pendant des jours, des semaines, voire des mois.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La personne anxieuse anticipe souvent le pire :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>peur qu\u2019il arrive quelque chose,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>difficult\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u00e2cher prise,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>pens\u00e9es qui tournent en boucle,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>besoin de tout contr\u00f4ler,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>fatigue mentale constante.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Parfois, l\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 devient tellement habituelle qu\u2019on finit par croire que c\u2019est \u201cnormal\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pourtant, vivre constamment sous tension \u00e9puise profond\u00e9ment le syst\u00e8me nerveux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">L\u2019angoisse : une mont\u00e9e brutale et intense<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019angoisse, elle, arrive souvent de mani\u00e8re plus soudaine et plus forte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Certaines personnes d\u00e9crivent :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>une sensation d\u2019\u00e9touffer,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>le c\u0153ur qui s\u2019emballe,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>des tremblements,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>une oppression dans la poitrine,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>la peur de perdre le contr\u00f4le,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>l\u2019impression qu\u2019un danger imm\u00e9diat approche.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans certains cas, cela peut ressembler \u00e0 une attaque de panique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019angoisse est souvent plus physique et plus intense que l\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9.<br>Cependant, une anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 install\u00e9e depuis longtemps peut favoriser les crises d\u2019angoisse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Comment savoir si vous faites de l\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 ou des angoisses ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Voici une fa\u00e7on simple de distinguer les deux :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table class=\"has-fixed-layout\"><thead><tr><th>Anxi\u00e9t\u00e9<\/th><th>Angoisse<\/th><\/tr><\/thead><tbody><tr><td>Pr\u00e9sente sur la dur\u00e9e<\/td><td>Arrive brutalement<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Inqui\u00e9tude diffuse<\/td><td>Sensation de danger imm\u00e9diat<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Pens\u00e9es envahissantes<\/td><td>R\u00e9actions physiques intenses<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Fatigue mentale<\/td><td>Crise soudaine<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Tension permanente<\/td><td>Pic \u00e9motionnel tr\u00e8s fort<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Bien entendu, chaque personne vit cela diff\u00e9remment.<br>Certaines femmes ressentent surtout les sympt\u00f4mes physiques. D\u2019autres vivent davantage les pens\u00e9es incessantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Et parfois\u2026 les deux se m\u00e9langent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pourquoi l\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 et les angoisses apparaissent-elles ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Contrairement \u00e0 ce que beaucoup pensent, ce n\u2019est pas \u201cdans votre t\u00eate\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le corps garde en m\u00e9moire :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>le stress accumul\u00e9,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>les \u00e9motions non exprim\u00e9es,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>les peurs anciennes,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>les p\u00e9riodes difficiles,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>la surcharge mentale,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>les blessures \u00e9motionnelles,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>le besoin constant d\u2019\u00eatre forte.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c0 force de retenir, le syst\u00e8me nerveux finit par saturer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u2019est souvent pour cela que certaines personnes disent :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cJe ne comprends pas, tout allait bien\u2026 et d\u2019un coup j\u2019ai craqu\u00e9.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>En r\u00e9alit\u00e9, le corps envoyait d\u00e9j\u00e0 des signaux depuis longtemps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sympt\u00f4mes fr\u00e9quents de l\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 et des angoisses<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Beaucoup de personnes cherchent surtout \u00e0 comprendre leurs sympt\u00f4mes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Voici les plus fr\u00e9quents :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sympt\u00f4mes \u00e9motionnels<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>irritabilit\u00e9,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>peur excessive,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>sensation d\u2019ins\u00e9curit\u00e9,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>difficult\u00e9 \u00e0 se d\u00e9tendre,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>impression d\u2019\u00eatre d\u00e9pass\u00e9e,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>hypersensibilit\u00e9 \u00e9motionnelle.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sympt\u00f4mes physiques<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>tensions musculaires,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>boule dans la gorge,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>palpitations,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>fatigue chronique,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>troubles digestifs,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>vertiges,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>respiration courte,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>troubles du sommeil.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Le plus perturbant, c\u2019est souvent que les examens m\u00e9dicaux reviennent \u201cnormaux\u201d.<br>Pourtant, la souffrance, elle, est bien r\u00e9elle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Comment calmer une angoisse rapidement ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Quand une mont\u00e9e d\u2019angoisse arrive, le corps a besoin de retrouver un sentiment de s\u00e9curit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Voici quelques astuces simples qui peuvent aider.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. \u00e7a s\u2019arr\u00eate !\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2026 plus le cerveau interpr\u00e8te cela comme une menace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c0 l\u2019inverse, accueillir ce qui se passe avec douceur r\u00e9duit souvent l\u2019intensit\u00e9 plus rapidement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Peut-on gu\u00e9rir de l\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 et des angoisses ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Oui, il est possible d\u2019aller beaucoup mieux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Et surtout : vous n\u2019\u00eates pas condamn\u00e9e \u00e0 vivre ainsi toute votre vie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cependant, essayer simplement de \u201cpenser positif\u201d ne suffit pas toujours.<br>Car l\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 et les angoisses ont souvent des racines \u00e9motionnelles profondes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u2019est pourquoi un
